影片發表提交指南

A. 口頭發表: 

  1. 請準備一個帶旁白的報告影片（只有語音的PPT投影片）。

  2. 錄製影片文件格式：MP4。

  3. 畫面比例：16:9 ； 解析度：1080p (1920x1080 pixel) ； 影片檔案大小請不要超過300MB。

  4. 影片內容採中、英文發表皆可。

  5. 報告中請勿使用 YouTube 連結。

  6. 錄製影片文件名稱：tsbme2021.paperID.presentername.mp4（例如：tsbme.23.gupta.mp4）。

  7. 不允許有背景音樂。影片報告時長不超過 12 分鐘。

  8. 一般Session影片長度：12分鐘 (另外3分鐘為講者線上Q&A時間，請講者務必於該時段上線並進入該場次)

  9. 論文標題、作者姓名、單位等所有信息都必須出現在報告文稿的第一張投影片上。

  10. 請在影片完成後，將影片放在雲端並提供下載連結給 2021tsbme@gmail.com。最後提交期限為 2021年11月8日。

  11. 提供影片下載連結的e-mail請用以下格式為標題: [TSBME 2021] Paper ID_Paper Topic Name

  12. 在提交檔案之前，請播放影片以確認旁白音頻是否已成功錄製。

  8. 作者應根據相關海報準備投影投影片並錄製2分鐘的影片，無Q&A時間（評審將直接對影片表現評分）。

  9. 論文標題、作者姓名、單位等所有信息都必須出現在報告文稿的第一張投影片上。

  10. 請在影片完成後，將影片和海報電子檔放在雲端並提供下載連結給 2021tsbme@gmail.com。最後提交期限為 2021年11月8日。請將紙本海報(A0: 841mm x 1189mm，直向)印出，可請他人當天到場張貼，或於11/16前寄至大會以供會議當天張貼（台中市南區興大路145號生醫工程所 林淑萍收）

TSBME-2021 VIDEO PRESENTATION SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

A. For oral presentation:

  1. Please prepare a video presentation with narrated presentation (PPT slides with only voice).

  2. File format of recorded video: MP4

  3. All presentations should be in 16:9 format with a 1280 x 720 minimum resolution. The file size should be less than 300 MB.

  4. Language: Chinese/English

  5. No YouTube link is allowed for the presentation.

  6. Filename format of the recorded video: tsbme2021.paperID.presentersurname.mp4 (Example: tsbme.23.gupta.mp4).

  7. No background music allowed. The duration of the video presentation should be NOT MORE than 12 minutes.

  8. General session video length: 12 minutes (the extra 3 minutes is the online Q&A time, the speaker must be online during this time slot and enter the session)

  9. All information, such as the title of your paper, authors’ names, and affiliations, must be included in the first slide of your presentation.

  10. Please upload the presentation video to a cloud storage service and send the link to the TSBME 2021 Administrator via the email 2021tsbme@gmail.com  NO LATER THAN November 8th 2021.

  11. The e-mail that provides the video download link should use the following format as the title: [TSBME 2021] Paper ID_Paper Topic Name

  12. Before you submit your files, play back the video file to verify that the narration audio was recorded successfully.

B. For poster presentation:

  1. Please prepare a video presentation with narrated presentation (PPT slides with only voice).

  2. File format of recorded video: MP4

  3. All presentations should be in 16:9 format with a 1280 x 720 minimum resolution. The file size should be less than 300 MB.

  4. Language: Chinese/English

  5. No YouTube link is allowed for the presentation.

  6. Filename format of the recorded video: tsbme2021.paperID.presentersurname.mp4 (Example: tsbme.23.gupta.mp4).

  7. No background music allowed. The duration of the video presentation should be NOT MORE than 2 minutes.

  8. The author should prepare a few slides based on the concerned poster and record a video for 2 minutes with no Q&A (Judges will directly evaluate the performance during the flash talk.).

  9. All information, such as the title of your paper, authors’ names, and affiliations, must be included in the first slide of your presentation.

  10. Please upload the presentation video and electronic file of the poster to a cloud storage service and send the link to the TSBME 2021 Administrator via the email 2021tsbme@gmail.com  NO LATER THAN November 8th 2021. Please print out the poster and ask others to post it on the day of conference, or send the hard copy of your poster (A0: 841mm x 1189mm, portrait) to TSBME2021 office by 11/6 so that your poster will be hung on time at TSMBE2021.
